Stuart has worked tirelessly to establish the Ashburton "Hub & Spoke" to improve lives across Dartmoor. The brainchild of Ashburton Postmaster Stuart Rogers, the adapted van is driven to the most rural and digitally excluded places in the area, offering a full range of Post Office services to residents.
